The Undercroft
Under the warehouse are the brick vaults where hops were stored cool and dry. We turned them into a small spa: three treatment rooms (one for couples), a sauna, a steam room, a cold plunge and a relaxation room with daybeds. There is no swimming pool.
Spa manager Ania Kowalczyk and her team of six therapists use Wildsmith and Haeckels products. Treatments are open to hotel guests and to the public; hotel guests can use the thermal rooms for £25 for two hours (free for Studio Suite and Ferrier Suite guests).

The small gym (Technogym cardio, free weights, a rack) is on the lower ground floor and open 24 hours to hotel guests.
