Accessibility

The Ferrier is step-free from the Sumner Street entrance to every public area, all floors and the courtyard. There are two lifts to all floors and a platform lift to The Undercroft.

Accessible rooms

Five Classic Kings (rooms 104, 204, 304, 404 and 504) are accessible rooms: 25 m² with wider doors, a king bed at adjustable height, a wet room with a fold-down seat and grab rails, a lowered wardrobe rail and safe, and an emergency pull cord. Two connect to a Classic Twin for a companion. Book them on the website by choosing a Classic King and saying so in the booking notes, or call us.

Hearing and sight

Hearing loops at reception and in the Printroom, vibrating pillow alerts and visual fire alarms on request, large-print and Braille room information, and menus online.

Assistance dogs

Welcome everywhere, free of charge.
