The Wherry
A wherry was the long, narrow rowing boat the Bankside watermen used to carry passengers across the Thames. The Wherry is our bar in the warehouse’s old loading bay: a twelve-metre zinc counter, the original iron winch over the door, and a courtyard terrace with heaters for the colder months.
We pour beer from breweries within a few miles, English sparkling and still wines, and a short list of cocktails. Bar food runs until 23:00. Hotel guests get their first drink on us on the evening they arrive when they book direct.
Daily 12:00–00:00, Friday and Saturday until 01:00 · Walk-ins welcome · Groups of eight or more: r+ferrier-table@haggl.ai
