Meetings, offsites and groups
Five rooms for four to ninety people in a building with character, a ten-minute walk from London Bridge and Blackfriars. Most of our events are companies who come back every quarter: leadership offsites, sales kick-offs, board meetings and away days, often with rooms for the team.
One events team (Liam Turner and three planners) looks after you from the first call to the last coffee. You get one contact, one invoice and a written proposal within one working day.

Room hire prices include VAT and apply to meetings booked without a delegate package.
Day delegate rate, £89
Per person, VAT included, minimum 10 delegates. Meeting room 08:00–18:00, screen and sound, video bar for hybrid calls, flipcharts and stationery, unlimited filter coffee and tea, a morning and afternoon break, a two-course working lunch in Pike Garden or in your room, still and sparkling water, and fast Wi-Fi.
Half-day rate £69 per person (to 13:00 or from 13:00).
24-hour delegate rate, from £329
Per person, VAT included: the day delegate package plus a Classic King for the night, three-course dinner in Pike Garden or The Loft, and breakfast. Priced for your dates by the events team.
Room blocks
From 10 rooms a night. Group rates are quoted for your dates and include breakfast. Our standard group terms: 20% deposit at signature, rooming list 21 days before arrival, and you can release up to 10% of the block free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
What our group agreements look like
- One contract for a whole year’s programme of events if you prefer, with the same rates and terms for each date.
- No minimum food and drink spend when you take a delegate package.
- Group dinners in The Loft or a private section of Pike Garden, set menus from £65 per person.
- A planner on site for the whole event and a post-event report with pick-up and spend.
- Event deposits are non-refundable once an agreement is signed; release dates and attrition are set out in the agreement.
