Rooms and suites
Ninety rooms across the 1890s warehouse and the new courtyard wing. All have air conditioning, fast free Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a proper desk, Nespresso and loose-leaf tea, and toiletries we refill rather than throw away. Five Classic Kings are accessible rooms with a wet room; see accessibility.

Prices are per room per night for the next eight weeks, room only, flexible rate, VAT at 20% included. There is no city tax in London. Breakfast adds £18 per adult per night. Advance (non-refundable) rates are 12% lower.
Snug Double
Our smallest rooms: a proper double bed, a deep window seat and everything you need for a night or two on Bankside.
Classic King
The room most guests book: a king bed, a proper desk, an armchair by the window and a big walk-in shower.
Classic Twin
The Classic King layout with two singles that zip together. Good for colleagues, friends and parents with a teenager.
Bankside View King
Higher floors on the river side, with a view over the Bankside rooftops to the Thames and the dome of St Paul’s.
Studio Suite
Corner rooms with windows on two sides, a sitting area, a freestanding bath and space to spread out for a longer stay.
The Ferrier Suite
Two top-floor suites with a separate living room and a 12 m² terrace looking over the river to St Paul’s.
