We are 74 people across front of house, housekeeping, kitchen, restaurant and bar, spa, events and maintenance. Everyone is paid at least the London Living Wage, gets a share of service charge, two free nights a year in the hotel, a meal on every shift, and 50% off in Pike Garden and the spa.
Night Manager
Full time, nights (4 on, 3 off) · £38,000 + service charge
Run the hotel overnight: arrivals, audit, security and the occasional 3am tea. You have managed a front desk before and stay calm when the fire alarm panel beeps.

Full time, 4-day week · £34,500 + tronc
Own a section in a kitchen that cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner for the restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events. Four-day week, two of them weekends at most.

Full or part time · £27,500 pro rata + commission
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with massage and facial experience. Small team, three treatment rooms, no hard selling.
