Privacy notice

This notice covers the personal data we hold about guests, diners, spa and events clients and visitors to this website. Questions: r+ferrier-privacy@haggl.ai.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, booking details, preferences you tell us about (for example a quiet room or a dietary need), payment card tokens (we don’t store full card numbers; our payment provider does), your stay history with us, and CCTV images in public areas.

Why we use it

To take and manage your booking (contract), to meet our legal obligations (for example keeping VAT records for six years and, for overseas guests, registration details), to look after you on future stays (legitimate interests), and to send you our letter from Bankside if you asked for it (consent).

Who we share it with

Our property management, reservations and payment systems providers, our email provider, and professional advisers. We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records for six years after your stay; guest preferences for three years after your last stay; CCTV for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it or withdraw consent at any time.
